A glossary overview of the reporting tools available in Loxo

Loxo's Reports Dashboard provides account admins with multiple tools to help them track their team's productivity and results. Whether you are using the default reports, customizing existing reports, or creating a new goal or report, you can track your team's performance and efficiency easily within Loxo.

Note: You must have admin access to create reports and goals, make edits to them, and give non-admin team members access to reports and goals.

  • Loxo provides several default reports to kick-start your revenue reporting.

  • Great for tracking metrics on Deals and Placements, or overall Revenue.

  • Filter your Revenue Reports to see revenue based on specific team members, date ranges, or projects.

  • You can build meaningful reports to track many different KPIs in Loxo to make it easy to review team performance on their day-to-day activities in Loxo.

  • Using a VOIP integration? You can easily track how many calls are being made by different users.

  • Activity Reports can also be built to give you insight into how many interviews are being scheduled, how many emails are being sent, how many placements are being made, and more. If you need insight into your team's performance, these are what you're looking for.

  • Some of our most widely used reports measure team performance and efficiency based on the actual jobs being filled.

  • Average Time to Fill is a commonly used report to track how long it typically takes to fill a role once a job has been opened.

  • The Stage Conversion report provides a funnel view of how candidates are moving from one stage to the other through your jobs.
