Your first step is adding your logo to Loxo. Once it's uploaded, your logo will be available in all of the following locations.
The Executive Presentation
You can create customized Executive Presentation using your logo along with any other branded cover page.
Within the Executive Presentation, your logo can appear on each page:
Additionally, the Executive Presentation allows for an uploaded cover page, which gives you the flexibility to get your branding front and center for your clients.
Once you have a cover page design, simply follow the steps below:
Click "Upload Report Cover Image" at the top of the report.
βSelect the file you wish to use as your cover page.
Your Loxo Careers Page
If you are utilizing your Loxo Careers Page, your logo will be the first thing that anyone visiting your page will see!
The Loxo Portal
When you share your Job Pipeline through the Loxo Portal, the recipient's view will be similar to your own. For your logo to show instead of Loxo's, make sure you have "Show Agency Logo in Navigation Bar" toggled on in your Portal Settings:

Candidate Submissions
When submitting a Candidate, whether as a quick share or a formal submission, your logo will be included in the top left corner of the Candidate's profile:
Loxo Forms
If you are linking a Form to a Job or emailing a Form to a candidate or contact, you can add your logo to the form. It's as simple as 1-2-3:
Go to Settings > Forms.
Choose to create a new Form or open an existing Form.
Check the box to "Show agency logo on form."
When this is enabled, your logo will be displayed at the top of the form when your recipient opens the link.
Branded Resumes
When creating a Branded Resume in Loxo, the logo you've added under Settings > General will automatically be included at the top of the candidate packet, along with your agency's name.
